1. Brick Cup

Model Magic, cardboard, cardstock, paper, felt, hot glue, tape
This analog version of additive making maintains the physical connection between creator and creation. Each brick is hand-made and hand-laid, resulting in an imperfect but unique structure. In comparison, the automated process of 3D printing creates perfectly impersonal objects, removing the exchange of personality from creator to creation.
